Keith Haring died of AIDS on February 16, 1990. He
was 31 years old. Haring was one of the world's most original, prolific
and impassioned contemporary artists. His work has been integrated into
landscapes all throughout the United States - from his six-story "Citykids
Speak on Liberty" banner for the Statue of Liberty in New York, to a 520
foot mural in Chicago, to a "Crack is Wack" campaign in Houston.
Similar campaigns of a social nature appeared throughout the world. His
simple symbols and pictograms captured the hearts of the global community.
OnsiteArt has a mixed collection of traditional pieces and many unique one of a
kind pieces. We add to our site frequently, so keep checking.
